EUROPEAN CONFERENCE ITIT
23-24 March 2000, Cernobbio, Italy
How should Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) be
efficiently integrated into a company’s different functions and
production processes? - This was the crucial issue of the European
conference itit, which was held at Cernobbio (Como Lake – Italy)
on the 23rd and the 24th March 2000.
VILLA ERBA - Conference building
Within the framework of the "Incontri di Villa Erba"
itit was organised by ASCONTEX, the Italian Textile’s Consortia
Association, with the support of the European Commission’s
Information Society Promotion Office (ISPO) and the participation
of EURATEX (The European Apparel and Textile Organisation).
Transnational partners and new contacts
VITE presentation
On the second day of the conference four parallel workshops were
given. Within workshop 3: »The human factor : towards new
qualifications and new forms of work organisation« VITE
partner TaT presented their national ADAPT project TexNet and the
Transnational Partnership VITE.
